Wishing a very happy 76th birthday to “Grandma” and “Grace and Frankie” star Lily Tomlin!

The great, truly great Lily Tomlin turns 76 years young today and does so as she is having a huge year career-wise.

Since her last birthday, Lily has received the prestigious Kennedy Center Honors, has launched a hit Netflix comedy series with Jane Fonda (Grace and Frankie) that has been renewed for a second season, and is generating Oscar buzz for her performance in the new film Grandma which is simply terrific.

She can do it all.

To celebrate her, I’ve selected some random clips including a detergent commercial parody that had me in stitches right now. There’s some Ernestine (with Cher!) as well as a clip of an interview with Rosie O’Donnell about coming out and finally, her explosion on the set of I Heart Huckabees (I hope she doesn’t mind – it’s such a great rant!).
