WATCH: When birthday girl Kim Cattrall won Golden Globe for playing Samantha Jones on SATC

Happy 67th birthday to Kim Cattrall who we all loved as the delicious Samantha Jones during six seasons of Sex and the City and two SATC feature films. This clip from the 2003 Golden Globe Awards takes us back to a time when Kim loved playing the role and seemed to love co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon. She would tell Piers Morgan years later that they were never really friends. Oh well, we’ll always have reruns.

Kim, however, will be in the season finale of the SATC sequel series And Just Like That in a telephone call with Carrie.

Miss Cattrall has a new hit on her hands with Glamorous on Netflix which I enjoyed but the character doesn’t give her a lot to do besides look glamorous. I hope the character will have a little more edge in season two.
