WATCH: Sam Pancake steps back into Doris and Suzanne’s shoes for a delicious “Postcards” scene

We are almost at the six-month mark with COVID-19 here in the US, our national political situation is the scariest of my lifetime and the wildfires are out of control.

We need to laugh sometimes to keep from crying and thankfully, we have Sam Pancake and his glorious Lip-Sync videos in which he does scenes from Postcards From the Edge – one of my VERY favorite movies of all time and one of the few flicks I know all the words to.

In this scene, Suzanne Vale (Meryl Streep), freshly out of a drug rehab center, is driven home by her mother Doris Mann (Shirley MacLaine) after her first day filming a new movie.
