Interview with “Glamorous” star Graham Parkhurst!
Last weekend, I got around to finishing all the episodes of the Netflix series Glamourous which is enjoyable enough and very queer. Kim Cattrall is quite different from her SATC alter-ego in this series in the role of makeup maven and magnate Madolyn Addison. She is very subdued and not nearly as interesting (or fun!) as Samantha Jones but she looks great, has an amazing wardrobe and collection of eyeglasses and I like watching her in anything. Miss Benny plays a young queer person named Marco Mejia who is thrust into Madolyn’s world after they meet at the department store make-up counter where he works. As Marco settles into his new world, he meets the sexy and confident Parker played by Canadian actor Graham Parkhurst who was interviewed on CTV’s Your Morning last month. Graham is shirtless and even more so often in this show that you almost don’t notice at first what an asshole the character is – almost.
Here is the interview with Graham who is openly gay in real life!

I love that the show is so queer, but it’s so badly written at times that I finally gave up on it. The plotting is so ludicrous, and it just doesn’t work for me, even as a fun diversion. But there sure was some awesome eye candy, LOL!!
