Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg was on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night with an update on his and husband Castain’s two-year-old twins and how they fared on Halloween. He also gave an update on some of the megaprojects he’s overseeing as a result of President Biden’s infrastructure law.

In part two of the appearance, Buttigieg took the high road when asked if he can work with, and potentially dine with, the wildly anti-LGBTQ Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.
