Yang and Matt Rogers, his longtime friend and co-host of “Las Culturistas,” stopped by The New York Times kitchen studio to make the classic Chinese dish. “I think she would feel very vulnerable if I shared her recipe,” Yang said of his mother. “I think she’s going to come to learn that people will enjoy this a great deal, hopefully.”
