Visiting the set of “Accidentally on Purpose” starring Jenna Elfman, Jon Foster and Grant Show

When my friend and fellow blogger Lorna Harris asked me to join her for a “Tweet Up” event on the set of CBS’s new sitcom Accidentally On Purpose on Friday (Oct. 2), it sounded kinda fun but I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.

We had no idea the show’s staff and cast would be so welcoming and fun. We had dinner with the cast and Grant Show, Jon Foster and Nicholas Wright all dropped by our table and sat for awhile. I’ll have interviews posted soon.

Anyway, leading lady Jenna Elfman and co-stars Ashley Jensen and Lennon Parham were also there and were great to meet and watch.

They were taping episode seven of the show’s first season. Jenna plays Billie, a career woman who winds up pregnant after a fling with a much younger guy (Foster). She had just broken up with her slow-to-commit boyfriend and boss (show).

Jensen is Billie’s co-worker and friend Olivia and Parham plays Billie’s younger sister. The hilarious Nicholas Wrights plays Davis, one of Zach’s freeloading friends.

I snapped some photos at dinner and on the set and tweeted throughout the night. I’ve matched some of my tweets up with the photos.
