Video: The Carpenters’ “Rainy Days and Mondays”

It’s a rainy day in Los Angeles and it’s Monday.

So what song could be more appropriate to give a listen to than Rainy Days and Mondays by The Carpenters?

I look at this video, made in 1971, and it’s before Karen Carpenter began battling anorexia which eventually took her life in 1983 at the age of 32.

Makes me sad.
