Video: Patti LaBelle and her pie angel James Wright Chanel bring a sweet potato pie to Steve Harvey

Poor Steve Harvey. You no doubt know all about his announcing the wrong winner at Miss Universe last night.

Well, days before that biggest blunder ever, Steve was having a great ol’ time on his daytime talk show with the great Patti Labelle and her newfound friend James Wright Chanel whose video about Patti’s sweet potato pie has had more than 10 million views.

They brought Harvey a pie to taste and he liked it so much he started singing and dancing. But he doesn’t hit the notes that LaBelle and Wright can!

BTW, there’s some footage of Patti’s Thanksgiving (she invited Wright) and if she ever markets that mac and cheese with lobster and shrimp, I’ll try it and make a video myself!
