Video: Kicking off his image rehab tour, Justin Bieber surprises Ellen DeGeneres for her b-day

Ellen DeGeneres has been stretching her birthday out all week and it’s been a celebrity-filled celebration.

One of the guests who popped in (on yesterday’s show) was Justin Bieber who has launched what appears to be an image rehab tour.

He seems to trying to be more humble and sweet and less of an annoying punk.

Let’s hope it sticks.
