Video: George Takei visits Conan and talks about his old “Star Trek” co-stars Shatner & Nimoy

George Takei paid a visit to Conan O’Brien’s late night show earlier this month but I’ve only now just seen it.

It’s particularly noteworthy because George talks a lot of Star Trek and makes a few digs at former co-star William Shatner. He seems a bit envious that Leonard Nimoy has appeared in the latest Trek films and suggests a different kind of role that he could perhaps play in a future installment of the franchise.

Also, Takei makes one thing clear: Benedict Cumberbatch you’re no Ricardo Montalban.
