Video: A new episode of “Then We Got Help!”

Episode 4 of the new web series Then We Got Help! is up and live! I have taken particular interest in the show because it features a gay couple played by One Life to Live’s Nicholas Rodriguez and Blake Hammond. But now I’m getting hooked on all of the characters!

This episode is called “Truth or Dare” and creator Julie Ann Emery described it for me this way: When Eric (Hammond) becomes the group’s leader for the night, he makes them play a game of Truth or Dare. Who chooses Truth? Who chooses Dare? And what does Eric make them do?

Eric quotes “Brutal truth is the name of the game and the point of the exercise” and “This is my favorite night ever.”

The game careens between Eric entertaining himself by embarrassing others and some true breakthrough moments from some surprising characters. And Dan’s (Rodriguez) truth is incredibly sweet.
