ABC’s One Life to Live is just smoking hot right now with the Fish and Kyle story.

The return of Tuc Watkins as David Vickers!

SoapNet.com reports that David will be returning to Llanview in mid-January after a two-month absence. Tuc has been juggling delicious his soap role with his role as one-half of the tragically under-used gay  couple on ABC’s Desperate Housewives.

So what is in store for the handsome schemer this time around? He apparently will be involved with the feuding Buchanan brothers – his fathew Bo and uncle Clint – and is expected to also mix it up with Clint’s new love interest Kim wbo is said to be a charismatic schemer herself!
