Trevor Live! gala benefiting The Trevor Project attracts a who’s who of LGBT celebs and straight allies
AfterElton.com notes that Trevor Live! has become Hollywood’s Cause Celebre and how great is that?
A benefit for The Trevor Project, which is dedicated to preventing suicide among LGBTQ youth, has got some big names behind it and they are needed with bullying remaining such a problem and some families still turning their backs on their own.
Last night, Lady Gaga was honored at the event held the Hollywood Palladium. It was indeed a star-studded affair that included performances by Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Mary J. Blige, Darren Criss, Kris Allen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Queen Latifah, Amber Riley, Leann Rhimes, Barrett Foa, and Julianne Hough.
Harris tweeted of the experience: Had fun performing with @Davidburtka tonight at the @TrevorProject‘s Trevor Live. A powerful night. An amazing group of people.
Among the other stars on hand were Chris Colfer, Sean Hayes, Zachary Quinto, Kevin McHale, Matt Bomer, Zac Efron, Michelle Pfeiffer, Josh Duhamel, Fergie, Jane Lynch, Amber Heard, Eddie Cibrian, Harry Shum, Naya Rivera, Christina Hendricks, Jayma Mays, Ricki Lake, JC Chasez, Joe Manganiello, and many more.
Pictured here are Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Matt Bomer, and Zachary Quinto.
