Trevor Donovan to have limited return to “90210”

For those of us who were paying attention, 90210 phased out the gay character of Teddy Montgomery last season after he came out throughout the course of the previous season.

I never bothered to watch the show before the Teddy storyline but became a fan. But after Teddy’s departure, I never watched it again.

Trevor Donovan did solid work as the character and the good news is he will return for (at the very least), the first two episodes of the upcoming season.

Donovan appeared in the third season finale after the character of Silver (Jessica Stroup) asked him to father her child. She is on a deadline to get pregnant because she must undergo preventative cancer treatments that will leave her sterile.

According to Zap2It.com, Donovan has signed for the for the two episodes and could be in many more if he is not cast in the sequel to The Hunger Games. The actor is under consideration for the role of Finnick Odair.
