Totally Random Video: Funny scenes from “Steel Magnolias” with Shirley MacLaine and Olympia Dukakis

I needed this today. It popped up on YouTube, I watched, I laughed, and now I’m sharing. Steel Magnolias is a tear-jerker at times but it’s mostly very funny and most of the laughs come courtesy of Shirley MacLaine and Olympia Dukakis. I just love how Olympia, as Clarie, eyes a girdle-free wedding guest in a too tight dress dancing and observes: “It’s like two pigs fighting under a blanket.”
