Tom Ford’s directorial debut “A Single Man” nabs three Independent Spirit Award nominations
Congratulations to Tom Ford for making a big splash to kick off awards season.
His directorial debut, A Single Man, earned three Independent Spirit Award nominations which were announced this morning in LA.
Ford got two individual nods in the categories of Best First Feature and Best First Screenplay. Also nominated was the film’s leading man Colin Firth who received a best actor nod.
The awards will be handed out on March 5, two days before the Academy Awards.
