Today’s special duet: Olivia Newton-John teams up with Elton John on “Candle In The Wind”

I had no idea this existed but so glad I found it! This is from Olivia Newton-John’s 1980 ABC TV Special Hollywood Nights in which she performed Candle In The Wind with Elton John. This, of course, is when the song was known only as a tribute to Marilyn Monroe. Sadly, it would be slightly rewritten as a tribute to Diana, Princess of Wales, and performed at her 1997 funeral.
