Thursday Morning Man: Olivier Giroud!

Olivier Giroud is a yummy French footballer who is celebrating his 34th birthday yesterday.

He plays as a forward for Premier League club Chelsea and the France national team and is known for his size, physical style of play and his heading ability.

I’d say he’s also known for his handsome looks! In 2014, he became the face of Hugo Boss’s Boss Bottled men’s fragrance and the next year was voted the ‘Hottest Premier League Player’. In an interview with GQ, he cited David Beckham as an inspiration for the way he looks, saying that Beckham’s “style is iconic”

I discovered him over at Outsports.com several years ago where he was in the final 16 in the King of the Hardwood contest. Olivier failed to make it to the elite 8 in that contest but I think it’s a great consolation prize to be a Greg In Hollywood Morning Man!

Giroud signed a new one-year contract with Chelsea in May and three weeks ago scored his 40th goal for the French national team in a 4–2 UEFA Nations League victory against Croatia.
