Dominic Thiem will spend his 27th birthday playing in the second round of the US Open.

Will the world number three finally break through and win his first grand slam title after runner-up finishes at this year’s Australian Open and the last two French Opens?

He’s such an explosive talent and, let’s face it, he’s so handsome and has the best booty in the men’s game!

But Thiem was fined $1,500 on Wednesday for an ‘unsportsmanlike conduct’ violation at US Open. He wasn’t playing but someone in his entourage violated the tournament’s COVID-19 protocols in regards to universal masking.

He will need to put that behind him if he is to live up to his seeding of number 2 and possibly play top-ranked Novak Djokovic for the title. Djokovic has not lost a match all season.

Thiem has won 16 ATP Tour singles titles in his career and has multiple wins over Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.
