There could be a new Miss California Monday

The fate of Miss California USA Carrie Prejean will be announced on Monday, according to pageant officials. In reading the tea leaves, it appears that Miss Anti-Gay Marriage will lose her state crown and her status as first-runner up to Miss USA.
The biggest hint about what is to come is that the runner-up Miss California, Tami Farrell, will be at the news conference in Beverly Hills.
Carrie has become a lightning rod for her very public stance against gay marriage during the actual pageant three weeks ago. But it’s actually some topless photos she posed for that are apparently the big violation of pageant rules. The state pageant has also been investigating whether the 21-year-old violated her contract by making public appearances with groups opposed to same-sex marriage.
Stay tuned!
