Our love affair with Brad Pitt is going on two decades now.

Who can forget that scene in Thelma and Louise with Geena Davis? I’d let him steal my money too!

As he’s matured on screen and tackled complicated roles in such films as Babel, The Assassination of Jesse James and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, he’s also become an important straight ally to the LGBT community. His comments and financial contribution in the fight against Prop. 8 will not soon be forgotten.

Brad posed, in character for Vanity Fair (that explains why he had that mustache in all those paparazzi shots with Angelina Jolie). The character is from his role in the Quentin Tarantino film Inglorious Basterds which will have its worldwide premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
