‘The Real O’Neals’ star Noah Galvin disses Colton Haynes, Eric Stonestreet and Bryan Singer in interview

So last Friday, I saw Noah Galvin down on the field at Dodgers Stadium during LGBT Pride Night.
This was a night I had chatted with Robbie Rogers and Lance Bass and was annoyed when I asked Noah for a quick soundbite and he said: ‘I’m not doing interviews.’
Well, he certainly did one with Vulture and it caused a world of trouble for the young actor today.
He slammed Colton Haynes for the manner in which the actor came out last month, dissed Eric Stonestreet’s gay portrayal on Modern Family and accused director-producer Bryan Singer of inviting ‘little boys over to his pool and diddle them in the f-cking dark of night.’
Then by the end of the day he was apologizing for what he said.
The part about Singer sounds like it was written by a lawyer: I sincerely apologize to Bryan Singer for the horrible statement I made about him in the interview I gave to New York Magazine. My comments were false and unwarranted. It was irresponsible and stupid of me to make those allegations against Bryan, and I deeply regret doing so. I have never been to Bryan’s house, and I admit there is no basis for any of the things I said or implied about Bryan in that interview. I understand now that my statements were not at all funny and have serious implications. I am very sorry and I hope that Bryan and everyone else who read that interview can forgive me for my serious lapse in judgment. I have contacted New York Magazine and the other publications that republished my statements and asked them all to print this retraction and apology.
To read the entire apology, see my story over at Gay Star News.
To read what Colton Haynes had to say in response to Galvin’s comments see my colleague Nigel Tan’s story.

Ed Meiller says:
I am so sorry Noah. I guess you didn’t realize you are not allowed an opinion. Especially if you criticize a fellow Gay man, and now apparently a straight man playing Gay. You have much to learn.
Brian says:
Noah Galvin is apparently a moron. How could anyone have read Colton Haynes coming out story and not have been moved. I will never watch The Real O’Neils again as long as he’s in it. I enjoyed the first season and was happy when it got renewed but now I just wish it was cancelled and that this little troll went and lived a miserable life somewhere. It baffles me how he could have put down Eric Stonestreet when Eric is on the most successful sitcom on ABC and Noah is on the lowest. If I were in charge at ABC I would certainly get Noah Galvin out of the cast asap.
K. Martinez says:
Hey Noah, I’ll share my opinion with you. Your show will not likely last and your acting is mediocre at best. Good luck going no where fast.
And I hardly value the uninformed opinion of some wet behind the ears gay boy who still has yet to become a man.
Just remember Noah, the three guys you put down have had successful careers and you have barely begun yours. Try not to shit where you eat and burn bridges in the process.
Jim says:
Just think what that young may have learned from a wise older gay man if he had only given him the time of day. Pity.
Joe says:
Why would anyone talk so badly about others….he sounds like a moron. What a great first impression he just made on millions of people. Career-o Buy-bye-o!
Charlie says:
I am amazed that such a talented young man just getting in the chute is so quick to challenge and critique those that have come before him.
