The gay storyline on “One Life to Live” is heating up!

Layla asked Officer Fish if he is gay because he’s telling everyone around the station they are a couple and then trying to stall sleeping with her. Reminds me of myself in the 80s and it is really something I so deeply regret – using girls who have real feelings for you for cover.

Layla’s roommate Cristian is also suspicious -especially after he read a letter Fish had written to Kyle asking him to forget the past and let him get on with his (fraud) life.

Kyle tells Cristian half the story, that Fish was involved with “someone” ion college but does not specify gender: “He didn’t have the guts to go the distance. … Fish cared more about what people thought about him than he cared about who he was with sio he walked away, pretended like the whole thing never happened.”

Actor Scott Evans, who is openly gay, is doing a really good job of conveying Fish’s panic at being found out.
