TBT with MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki!
THROWBACK THURSDAY: MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki has a lot of new fans thanks to his marathon performance at the big board during election coverage. I’ve long been hornacki for Kornacki! Here we are in 2017 at Politicon.
I just want to remind everyone that I was into Steve way before he became the MSNBC “it’ boy. He was featured as a Greg In Hollywood Morning Man way back on Dec. 24, 2010!
At that time, I had no idea he was gay. I was just attracted to his intelligence and looks.
Less than a year later, Steve came out publicly in a deeply personal column. It took us into the compartmentalized world that a lot of men feel they must live in in order to have the life they want.

Hello Greg,
It seems that Steve has a Canadian accent. Do we know where it comes from? I don’t see anything in his Wikipedia entry that would trend in that direction. Perhaps a Canadian partner/husband? His diction is just too precise for an American . . .

I read his coming out piece and was quite sad for him. Organized religion can really fuck you up. I hope he’s living with joy and pride and has managed to push aside the ‘guilt’ he was taught to have.
