Still turning back time: Cher going back on tour!
As someone who attended the second-to-the-last concert of Cher’s three-year “farewell tour” back in 2005.
It was at The Hollywood Bowl and marked the third time I’d seen Cher in concert.
It was a magical night and it just didn’t seem right that Cher wouldn’t be doing in anymore since she still sounded great and looked great.
Of course, after a few years of rest, Cher returned to live performing with a multi-year gig at Caesar’s Palace.
But now, the 65-year-old legend is going back on the road!
The tour will kick off in September and Cher tweeted last night:
“OH MY GOD !!!! JUST SAW THE SETS 4 THE SHOW !!! I CANT SHOW U CAUSE YOUD NEVER 4GIVE ME ! THERES SO MUCH MAGIC I AM BREATHLESS !”
A full schedule of dates and venues have yet to be unveiled. I will keep you posted!

I, for one, am just a bit tired of “Farewell” type of tours when it is obvious that they are anything but. Keep waiting for a “Ride Around Scooter tour” from someone in the future.

I saw Cher while she was doing her show in Vegas. It was amazing. I cannot wait for her to tour again. Keeping my fingers crossed she comes to Little Rock, Arkansas again. I missed the last show she did here, but I promise you I won’t miss this one.
