Stars of ‘Art’ talk joining forces for Broadway revival which Greg In Hollywood saw Saturday night!

The Broadway revival of the comedic play Art officially opens Sept. 16 at The Music Box theater and I caught a preview performance last Saturday night during my week in New York City. I snapped a photo of the curtain call and posed in front of the theater pre-show).

It’s 95 minutes, no intermission and James Corden is reason alone to see it. He has a four minute-plus monologue that is genius and delivered so flawlessly and hilariously that I insist he win another Tony Award.

Corden, Neil Patrick Harris and Bobby Cannavale joined TODAY earlier on Wednesday to talk about sharing the Broadway stage in a revival of the Tony-winning play which starts with a light-hearted debate between friends about a pricey piece that turns into a larger discussion on much deeper issues.

“As soon as we heard it was us three, I think we all had the same reaction, which was, ‘Well, that sounds like great fun,'” Corden says.
