Snapped! Rafael Nadal at Carnaval in Rio!

I love these photos because it was 10 years ago that I was in Rio de Janeiro for Carnaval and me and my friends were in the Samba Parade. I can tell you it was among the most fun and exciting things that I’ve ever done in my life.

So when I see Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal looking so happy and joyous in the parade really took me back. Nadal is in town to play in a clay court tournament.

“I think I danced more today than I did in my entire life!” Nadal says.

He is seen in these photos with Spain’s #2 player David Ferrer and with Brazilian tennis legend Gustavo Kuerten, w former world number one who won three French Open crowns.

Nadal will be trying to win his 10th French Open in May. He is currently ranked third in the world.
