Snapped! Gale Harold back on the set

It’s just so great to see Gale Harold back on the set of Desperate Housewives this week looking healthy and happy to be at work.  His return comes six months after he was involved in a serious motorcycle accident.

Gale, best known for his five seasons as Brian Kinney on Showtime’s Queer as Folk, joined Housewives at the end of last season as Jackson, the boyfriend of Susan Mayer  (Teri Hatcher).

On the set of the show Wednesday, the Associated Press reports Gale as saying the accident taught him that “you can play hard, but you may have to pay a price.” It’s a price he says he’s paid back in full.

His comeback appearance is set to air on May 3 and Jackson is going to have a proposal for the twice-divorced Susan. It will be interesting to see what her answer is because although Gale is signed for the rest of this season, next year is up in the air since he said he has yet to asked to return.
