Showtune Sunday: The singing Bradys!

It’s been three years since the Brady “kids” were back together in the terrific renovation show on HGTV.

Since I’m not aware of any more upcoming reunions anytime soon, I thought it would be fun to look back on some of their musical forays.

Thy had a few episodes on The Brady Bunch where they sang (Silver Platters, Time to Change) which must’ve been why ABC decided a few years after they canceled the sitcom to bring them all back in The Brady Bunch Variety Hour.

Crazy!

Florence Henderson and Barry Williams were the only real musical performers but everyone gave it a try. Look at the choreography in the variety show clips! I have a new appreciation for fake Jan Geri Reischl who stepped in when Eve Plumb declined to take part in the show.
