Showtune Sunday: All About Dick Van Dyke
He’s best known for his self-titled classic 1960s television sitcom and the long-running drama Diagnosis Murder but Dick Van Dyke is also an impressive song and dance man.
The entertainment legend, being honored tonight at the Screen Actors Guild Awards with the lifetime achievement award, Van Dyke has starred in the big screen musicals Bye Bye Birdie, Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
So this seems like a perfect time to enjoy some musical moments from the versatile Van Dyke.

We Malibuites get to see him wondering around the Malibu all the time. It is ALWAYS exciting and a pleasure and honour to see him. Always has time for his fans and he is never without a big smile on his face. I hope he lives forever.
If you ever get a chance, check out his house during Halloween or even better Halloween night. He goes all out decorating the place, it gets more amazing every year.
