Shanna Moakler’s lawyer on Carrie Prejean’s lawsuit: “[Her] unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation”
You gotta figure there’s no one on Earth that Shanna Moakler would love to see fade into oblivion more than the completely annoying Carrie Prejean.
Moakler resigned her post as co-executive director of the Miss California USA pageant after Donald Trump allowed Prejean to keep her crown even after she seemed to make clear that she’d rather be a anti-gay marriage poster girl than do her official duties.
Prejean was fired a month later anyway, this time with Trump’s consent. Now Moakler finds herself one of the defendants in a lawsuit filed this week by Prejean accusing pageant officials of religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and defamation.
“On Ms. Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean’s lawsuit is without merit,” Moakler’s lawyer, Melvin Avanzado, told ET.com. “More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”

Won’t that fake blonde bumps on the chest to big and fake just go away already? So what that she thinks she is fooling anyone by making a typical Religiously Right Wingnut Statement about us it just goes to show you how the hets have so many problems with their one man and one woman that they have to think that one man and well another one man (= 2) would harm and threaten their caustic lives. What I see in that bimbo is equal to the 20 years that Ennis Del Mar spent running away from himself in Brokeback Mountain. Imagine if she were to realize just what she really is and come out of her closet. There I said it the fuss is all a ruse and she thinks that she is fooling everyone….NOT! Who was it that said, “Me Thinks that though doth protesteth to much”. So much that we all must be wondering what it is all about.
