Serena Williams gets record fine for threatening to shove this %@% ball down lineswoman’s throat!
We all know the world’s top tennis player Serena Williams became unhinged when a lineswoman called a foot fault on her in the final points of her semifinal match against Kim Clisters at this year’s US Open.
It was a bad call and put Clisters at match point. Serena could not brush it off, walked over to the woman and said she was going to shove this f——- ball down your f—— throat!
The foot fault is rarely, if ever, made at that stage of such a significant match
The outburst cost Serena a point penalty and the match since she was facing match point. That will hurt her more than any financial penalty from tennis officials. But on Monday, she got a record one: Serena was fined a record $82,500 for her U.S. Open tirade and could be suspended from that tournament if she has another “major offense” at any Grand Slam in the next two years.
Grand Slam administrator Bill Babcock said Williams faces a “probationary period” at tennis’ four major championships in 2010 and 2011. If she has another “major offense” at a Grand Slam tournament in that time, the fine would increase to $175,000 and she would be barred from the following U.S. Open. But if she does not have another offense in the next two years, the suspension is lifted

GOOD!! Some may not agree with me but, I think she is an embarrassment to the world of woman’s tennis. Her talent is to often overshadowed by her lack of sportsmanship and just plain crude and classless behavior. Can’t stand her!..
