See Tyler Posey’s cool reaction to Charlie Carver and other gays being out: “I really dug it”
When they starred together on MTV’s Teen Wolf, Tyler Posey was quite aware that Charlie Carver is gay.
But the young actor had not been aware that Carver had gone public about it on 11 January via Instagram until he was informed of it during a recent interview on Larry King Now.
‘That’s so great man, I had no idea (he came out publicly),’ Posey tells King. ‘I’ve known.’
Posey is not only glad to see famous people like Carver coming out but also every day kids becoming comfortable with being open about their sexuality.
‘I think it’s getting easier and easier to do for people,’ he says. ‘The other day I was driving by these two kids wearing backpacks, in high school, and they were holding hands, boys, and I loved it. It was so cool, man. I really dug it.’
Posey, 24, has played the role of Scott McCall, a high school student bitten by a werewolf, on Teen Wolf for five seasons and was a co-executive producer during the most recent season.
Carver and his twin brother, Max, were regulars during season three of the show and now appear on the HBO series The Leftovers.

Kay says:
I remember watching Tyler on the show Doc. Hard to believe that this kid is 24 years old now.
Charlie says:
Was there nothing said of his other Teen Wolf co-star, Colton Haines? Didn’t he recently confirm his being gay as well?
Paul says:
The Carvers were only on season 1 of THE LEFTOVERS.
I’m really happy for Charlie.
