As she kicks off her national tour, it’s good to see Bette Midler upbeat and looking great in her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week.

Some fun stories shared including the many early non-showbiz jobs she was fired from, how she was shunted off to the side to stand by Latoya Jackson during the recording of We Are the World, and we see her look at a photo of her with Michael Jackson, Cher and David Bowie and have absolutely no idea when or where it was taken but she is relieved to see that she had indeed met Michael Jackson.
