Kathy Griffin always seems to have a terrific time whenever she pays a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live.

That’s why I was determined to stay up and watch her. I got through Nightline and remember hearing Jimmy say: “When we get back, Kathy Griffin will be here!”

Well, must’ve closed my damned eyes because next thing I knew, it was 3:30 a.m., lights on,  ABC World News Now on the TV and me wondering what the heck happened.
