See Jodie Foster’s backstage press conference after coming out at the Golden Globe Awards
We all remember what a big splash Jodie Foster made last month at the Golden Globe Awards when she accepted the Cecil B. Demille Lifetime Achievement Award.
She talked about her former female partner and co-parent of her sons and also about coming out.
What I had not seen until today, was full backstage footage of her press conference. She looks strong and confident but at times, vague in her answers about the future direction of her career.
Still, kudos to Jodie for her kind words about my goddess, Meryl Streep!

Wow, what a vapid shell (beautiful as it may be) of a genuine, sincere human being. Making the press conference “off limits” to any of the pseudo-personal topics SHE had just played cat-and-mouse with during your acceptance speech.
You could have been such a strong and powerful force for change, Ms Foster. Instead, you have hidden and coyly attempted to address nothing.
