Scott Thorson appears on “The View” and claims he had a romantic relationship with Michael Jackson
Yes, HBO’s acclaimed Behind the Candelabra was based on Scott Thorson’s book about his life with the late Liberace. But I’ve watched a few recent TV interviews with Thorson – since his release in jail that is – and he does not come off well whatsoever.
He’s claiming to have had a relationship with Michael Jackson but I’m taking that one with a grain of salt.

Sherry Shepard is good on the game show she hosts, but she makes my skin crawl when she tries to be an investigative journalist.

You know I really feel bad for Scott. I don’t know if this whole Michael Jackson thing is true or not but I do wish that instead of dragging Michael and his family through this that they would instead focus on what Scott is hoping to do now. He seem’s like a nice person who was pretty much misguided in his youth. Plus he is nearing 60 and has been in and out of prison for different things in the last 20 years. Now he’s got cancer and is having to battle that. The real question is what is he going to do if he doesn’t have to serve anymore time? I don’t know about you but maybe since he’s battled drug addiction then maybe he could check into being a drug counselor or something. This way he’s giving back in a round about way. Sorry for the long post Greg.

I feel sorry for this man. You can’t convince me that taking a 16 year-old-kid from foster care and tossing him into the world of celebrity, alcohol and drugs and all of the glamor that went with the world of Liberace didn’t take its toll on him. Yes, the continued to make bad choices, however, considering his start in life, I think he’s lucky to be alive. The madam, the pimp and the hookers at the Bunny Ranch in Las Vegas are doing a better job at practicing Christianity than a lot of them. God bless them. I hope he gets his happily ever after.
