Schitt’s Creek Saturday: Moira’s most iconic moments from all six seasons of my most favorite show – ever
We are all trying to get through this dreadful time of pandemic and insurrection one day at a time and it’s not easy.
Something that soothes me, now that the Hallmark holiday movies are over, is 2-3 episodes each day of Schitt’s Creek. I have just started watching season five and I find this to be the most delicious, satisfying, funny, lovely, and wacky comedy anytime, anywhere.
I was late in discovering it but it was meant to be because I am just so happy and satisfied as I make my way through it. The writing, the acting, the moments. It is everything.
Chris Elliotr’s character and his mullet still have not grown on me but then again, neither did Ted Baxter on The Mary Tyler Moore Show – another of my all-timer faves.
Anyway, I’m starting a new Saturday feature highlighting scenes from this show which swept the Emmys last year. We kick off with the spotlight on Emmy winner Catherine O’;Hara who has the role of a lifetime as Moira and absolutely makes the most of every daffy and delicious scene.
