Roger Federer’s ESPN magazine cover!
The great Roger Federer heads into the summer as the reigning French Open, Wimbledon and Australian Open champion. He’s number one in the world, winner of 16 grand slam singles titles and, according to this ESPN cover story, is the greatest athlete in the world.
Roger, now 28, says he wants to play on the tour at least until he’s 35 in part because he’s like his baby twin daughters to get the chance to see him play.
Since winning the Australian Open in January, Roger has suffered early exits from three consecutive tournaments. He seems to be lacking motivation except when it comes to the four majors which is a pity because fans want to see him play!

Mark says:
I adore Roger, and fully expect that he will pull through this slump. It can’t be easy juggling twins (and, if the PR is to be believed, he takes an active role) and the demands of the tour. Can’t wait to see him at the US Open this year.
