Red Carpet Gallery: Greg In Hollywood attends the season premiere event for “Transparent’

Made my way across town to the Pacific Design Center last night to attend the premiere party and screening for season two of the Emmy-winning Amazon series Transparent.

Gabbed with several cast members on the red carpet and will be sharing those interviews in the coming weeks. The show’s second season premiere is on December 4 and since the episodes are 30 minutes long, it’s perfect for binge watching.

We were shown the first two episodes of the new season and it’s just utter brilliance. So funny, so smart, so everything.

Creator-writer=executive producer Jill Soloway introduced the episode and reflected on the show’s premiere a year ago before all the Emmys, the acclaim, the civil rights advances.

‘What a difference a year makes when you think about the strides that the world has taken with trans rights,’ Soloway said.
