Ratings for revamped “The View” are way up!

The View scored its highest ratings in eight years on Monday with the return of Rosie O’Donnell and the introduction of two new co-hosts.
Whoopi Goldberg is the only holdover in an overhaul for the show’s 18th season that also includes a new set in a new studio and a new executive producer.
Goldberg and O’Donnell are now teamed with actress Rosie Perez and conservative author and commentator Nicolle Wallace.
The new line-up drew 3.902 million viewers which is a jump from last season’s season premiere numbers of 3.259 million.
In fact, it is the second-biggest season premiere audience in the history of the show created by Barbara Walters back in 1997.
Walters retired from the show last spring and co-hosts Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy did not return for another season. McCarthy was not asked back after one season while Shepherd said it was her decision not to return.
Also worth noting is that the show hit a three-year high in the key audience demographic of women ages 25-54.
