Before returning home I didn't know what to expect, since this was my first time being "out" and coming home. Now that I've had some time to reflect on my stay here, I can honestly say it's surpassed any expectations I could have had. Words can't quite express how I feel. Joy, contentment, gratefulness, peace, love, and hope are some of the sentiments I think of. Don't get me wrong, I'm very sad to leave home. But I'm trying to focus on and be grateful for the experiences I've had because I've grown so much over these past couple of months. I have definitely had my ups and downs along the way. Made some mistakes…really stupid ones. But I'm learning I guess I'm so thankful for each and every one of you for making my time at home so memorable. It's been inspiring, empowering, and mind opening for me. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for loving me unconditionally…allowing me to find my true self and helping me become a better version of myself. I feel like I'm finally embracing who I am. I feel free! I honestly haven't felt this alive in a long time. Words can't express how much you all mean to me. I just hope that I can somehow give you all the love and brightness that you have shared with me and brought into my life! I'm forever grateful!
