Who knows if Barbra Streisand will ever make Gypsy?

All I know is I’m glad her film career isn’t ending with the truly dreadful Little Fockers. She stars opposite Seth Rogen in the comedy The Guilt Trip which comes out Christmas Day.

Directed by Anne Fletcher, the film follows an inventor (Rogen) who invites his mother (Streisand) on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product while also reuniting her with a lost love.

Judging from the trailer, it looks cute and will probably be big hit.

Amazingly, Streisand has only made 20 movies and just five since 1991.

Nice to have her back on the big screen.
