Patti and Patinkin are coming to the Ahmanson!

Is one stage big enough for these two enormous talents?

Broadway legends Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin open their critically acclaimed theatre concert, An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin, at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre on Tuesday, June 23. Performances for this one-week-only engagement continue through June 29.

LuPone and Patinkin both won a Tony Award for their performances in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ground breaking Evita in 1980. Since then they have both starred in film, television, the concert stage and back to Broadway.  An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin brings them together again – at last.

This should be absolutely amazing!

Another bonus: the show is choreographed by fellow Broadway veteran and friend, Ann Reinking, who won a Best Choreography Tony Award for the revival of Chicago.
