Patrick Dempsey Is (Finally!) PEOPLE’s 2023 Sexiest Man Alive: ‘I’ve Always Been the Bridesmaid!’ He Jokes People
He’s aging like fine wine so how wonderful that Patrick Dempsey has, at last, been named People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive. I watched his interview with People (posted below) and have never liked him more. It’s worth a look!

I remember 1987 going to see “Can’t Buy Me Love” cause the lead was totally a-dork-able cute. It’s fun to see how far he’s come, in 40 plus years.
