Honestly just 3 years ago before my sudden stardom, I’d never thought I’d work with THE CEO of Apple, Tim Cook for Global Accessibility Awareness Day. Three years ago, I was just a Deaf guy “without voice.” The thought of how far I’ve come is beyond overwhelming and I’ve been extremely, extremely blessed. – Tim Cook also cancelled the rest of his afternoon schedule just to watch my speech to thousands of Apple employees about the importance of accessibility, embracing your own difference and using it as an asset, and how my Deaf life growing up was/is a utopia. Tim Cook also insisted to introduce me before my speech so that made me even more nervous to deliver my speech impeccably! (Don’t worry, I aced it!) – In the pictures, we were at a Deaf school in Fremont @csdeagles, empowering Deaf (along people with disabilities) students, to learn coding… so in the future they can be at the forefront in bridging both communities of the deaf and the hearing, making the world more accessible! The kids are OUR future. Thank you @apple!!! – I want to also thank you all for your continuing support. You are a huge part of my journey.
