Novak Djokovic wins 95th career title by edging #1 Carlos Alcaraz in three-set Cincy thriller
It’s raining in Southern California so a perfect day to be home watching a thrilling tennis match! Novak Djokovic won one of the best matches in recent memory on Sunday when he saved one championship point en route to a 5-7, 7-6(7), 7-6(4) victory against Carlos Alcaraz for the Western & Southern Open title. Last month, world number one Alcaraz edged Djokovic in the Wimbledon final.
The second video of the speeches shows us just how much the match meant to both players and why Djokovic should be considered the best of all time for male players and why Alcaraz, at 20, has already accomplished so much.
It’s called heart baby!
