Novak Djokovic loses in upside down ATP Finals
World number one Novak Djokovic looked awfully sexy walking onto the court to play David Ferrer today at the ATP Finals in London.
But looking good was all Novak had going for him as he went on to lose 6-3, 6-1 in the round robin match. He will have to win his next match in order to have any chance of reaching the semifinals.
The men’s tennis season is ridiculously too long (11 months) and Djokovic is clearly out of gas after winning 11 tournaments this year including Wimbledon, the US Open and the Australian Open. He had lost just two matches as of the end of the US Open but has lost three since.
His lopsided loss came a day after number four Roger Federer routed second-ranked Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-0 and number three Andy Murray dropped out with an injury.
Except for Federer, the world’s top male players are running on fumes!
