I find Guy Pearce’s comment (“Thankfully, I was 29 and not 14.”) contemptible. Obviously, Pearce finally feels superior to Kevin Spacey. Taking an easy cheap shot says a lot about Pearce as a human being. When all is said and done, Spacey, one of the best actors of all times, will still be the winner of countless Oscars, BAFTAS and NY Film Critics Circle Awards, while Pearce, feeling so superior, tries hard to forget that his sole award is a Golden Schmoe.
